She gained experience in media agencies, where she was responsible for building strategies and managing performance projects. For over 8 years, she was responsible for the development of the TradeTracker, an international affiliate network specialising in e-commerce services, where, together with her team, she effectively ran sales programs for the largest online shops using advanced technology. Cooperation with several hundred shops and several dozen clients from other industries gave room for building non-standard strategies and the development of new, innovative tools, the effectiveness of which has been appreciated in the industry environment (awards in the Performance Marketing Awards, Performance Marketing Diamonds CEE competitions).
